Support Channels

Reach our support team through multiple channels: email support for detailed inquiries, in-app chat for quick questions, and our community forum for peer-to-peer help. Enterprise customers have access to priority support with dedicated account managers.

Email Support

Send technical questions, bug reports, or feature requests to support@docimal.com. Include your tenant ID, workspace name, and a detailed description of the issue with screenshots if possible. We aim to respond within 24 hours for all plans, and within 4 hours for Professional and Enterprise customers.

Enterprise Inquiries

For enterprise pricing, custom deployments, SLA agreements, or dedicated infrastructure requests, contact our sales team at enterprise@docimal.com. We offer custom plans with unlimited usage, dedicated support, and on-premise deployment options.

Reporting Bugs

Found a bug? Help us fix it by providing: steps to reproduce, expected vs actual behavior, browser/OS information, and any error messages. Submit bug reports via email or through the in-app feedback button. Critical security vulnerabilities should be reported directly to security@docimal.com.
