Documents & Knowledge

Q: What file formats are supported? A: Docimal supports PDF, DOCX, XLSX, CSV, TXT, and Markdown files. Q: How large can my documents be? A: File size limits depend on your plan. Free plans support up to 10MB per file. Q: How does document processing work? A: Documents are automatically chunked, embedded with vector representations, and indexed for semantic search.

Billing & Plans

Q: Is there a free plan? A: Yes, the Free plan lets you explore Docimal with basic limits on workspaces, documents, and API calls. Q: Can I change plans? A: Upgrade or downgrade anytime from the Billing page. Changes are prorated. Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: All major credit and debit cards through Stripe.

Troubleshooting

A: Check your system prompt, review knowledge base content for accuracy, and test in the Playground with debug mode to trace workflow execution. Q: Document processing failed. A: Ensure the file is not corrupted, is within size limits, and is a supported format. Re-upload if needed.
