Overview
Billing is managed at the tenant level by the Tenant Owner. Docimal offers multiple subscription tiers — Free, Starter, Professional, and Enterprise — each with different limits on workspaces, documents, API calls, and team members.
Subscription Plans
The Free plan lets you explore Docimal with basic limits. Starter adds more workspaces and documents for small teams. Professional unlocks advanced features like custom integrations and higher API limits. Enterprise provides unlimited usage, priority support, and dedicated infrastructure. Managing Your Subscription
View your current plan, usage statistics, and remaining limits on the Billing page. Upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time — changes are prorated. Only the Tenant Owner can modify the subscription. Access the Stripe Billing Portal for detailed payment management.
Payment Methods
Add, update, or remove payment methods through the Stripe Billing Portal. Docimal supports all major credit and debit cards. Invoices are generated automatically and can be downloaded from the Billing History section.
Billing History
View all past invoices with amounts, dates, and payment status. Download individual invoices as PDFs for your records. Failed payments will trigger notification alerts and a grace period before service limits are applied.
