Configure email and push notification preferences, set quiet hours, and control how Docimal communicates with you.
Overview
Docimal sends notifications for important events like team invitations, document processing completion, workflow errors, and billing updates. You can customize which notifications you receive and through which channels.
Email Notifications
Control email notifications for: team invitations, shared documents, weekly usage digests, and marketing updates. Toggle each category independently. Email notifications are sent to the address associated with your account.
Push Notifications
Enable real-time browser push notifications for immediate alerts about mentions, workflow failures, and critical events. Push notifications work even when you don't have the Docimal tab active.
Quiet Hours
Set quiet hours to pause non-critical notifications during off-hours. Configure your timezone, start time, and end time. Critical notifications (security alerts, billing issues) will still be delivered during quiet hours.
